This Refund Policy outlines how we handle payments, cancellations, and refund requests for our services, digital products, and automated systems.

1. General Policy

All purchases and service agreements made with ODG Digital Marketing Solutions are considered final once confirmed and paid, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.


This includes — but is not limited to — website design, funnel creation, automation setup, marketing services, consultation sessions, or subscription-based systems.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized digital assets, we typically do not offer refunds once a project has begun or a deliverable has been initiated.

However, ODG upholds fairness and client satisfaction. Refunds or credits may be considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet entered the design, development, or strategy phase.

• A duplicate payment was made by error.

• ODG fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables due to internal error or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control.

Each case will be reviewed individually with transparency and respect.

3. Digital Products and Courses

All digital downloads, templates, and online training materials (including funnel systems, templates, or AI tools) are non-refundable once access has been granted or content delivered.

We encourage all buyers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Services

For monthly or yearly subscriptions (such as system hosting, AI agent maintenance, or automation support):

• You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

• Refunds for previous payments are not available, but your service will remain active until the end of the paid term.

• Any trial period, if provided, will clearly state its duration and cancellation procedure.

5. Client Responsibilities

We work closely with every client to ensure project clarity and measurable results. To maintain integrity and alignment, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary access, assets, and approvals on time.

• Reviewing deliverables promptly during each project phase.

• Communicating concerns early so adjustments can be made before completion.

Failure to collaborate or respond within project timelines may forfeit eligibility for adjustments or refunds.

6. Disputes and Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, ODG encourages direct communication first.

We value resolution through understanding, not confrontation.
